“As more and more of us move away from producing our own food,” says NestlĂ©’s Leadwood, “we’ve become less and less certain about its safety, its quality or taste.”
ReplyDeleteProbably one of the most terrifying statements made. Food has become nothing more than something that has to be consumed to continue on and people are no longer interested in what is it. The fact the safety of the products we are consuming is in question and not because of a natural mean should send people running scared. This isn’t something that you can live without; the question lies as to why people find this acceptable to produce? Has America become that power hungry that we’ve forgotten our roots as a melting pot of culture and cuisine? As long as its sugary or salty we’ll take it and make it fast so who cares if a few bugs get in.
